wed 3 and thurs 4

on wed we learned more on arrays and did another program

today we had a a period to work on our program  

mon dec 1 and tues dec 2

On monday we got your new project it a group thing. two people per assignment. it is due on dec 15. Kyle and I have the body mass index program. Basically we are writing a program to take you height and weight and finding out your (bmi) body mass index number then tell you if you are over or under weight.

on tuesday we learned about arrays and using data files. you create a file and it allows you to enter data in the file and put in the program. good for making high scores on a game.  the line you use to make it friendly to all computers is open.app.path&"/file.ext"for inpu as #1

wed 5 thursday 6

wed 5 we worked all period on questions 1 to 3.

thursday 6 we made a fellow notes and finished up questions 1-3. if you were done then you worked on you blogs or played games

mon nov 3 and tues 4

mon 3 we had a test that most the class passed but not with a high mark.

tues 4 we learned about stringhandling and dialog boxes. stringhandlling use "+" and "&" operators to attach thing together. also how to make thing apper on different lines the two ways are to "vbnewline" and chr&(13)+chr$(10). we learned about msgbox and inputbox. so msgbox that you click on a button or what not a new window pop up and shows the text you put in it. inputbox is like a msgbox but you input a number or choose yes or no whatever and changes.

wed 29 and thursday 30 and fri 31

on wed 29 today we reviewed examples that sir made. then sir told us we need to make a program. We named priceqot.

thursday 30 and fri 31 we did worked on the priceqot and and all that. We need to learn how because on monday we got a geuss.

mon 27 and tues 28

So friday pa and all that jazz. Monday 27 we started mathematical applications. Basicly programing the program to do math with or without you seeing it. The computer can't read numbers to do math without val. the program wont do (7x7) but val(7x7) it will do. sir gave us programs to make six of them.

tuesday we worked on the programs. All class we made them and fix mistakes. get use to the math thing.
